Where should I store my chocolat?

• Please keep all of chocolat in a cool dark place.

• DO NOT store chocolat in refrigerator.

• At this time we are not shipping. We currently offer delivery to Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas. Subscribe below to receive updates about changes to services provided.

Can we customize gift boxes?

• Because we produce in small batches it is highly recommended to keep the assortments and experience the range of flavors we have created. We can accommodate custom orders in large batch, email info@jfchocolat.com

I have nut allergies, is your kitchen nut free?

• Our facility uses almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts - traces of these nuts may be present in all of our products.

How does a delivery order work?

• All orders must be in before Wednesday at 5 pm and are scheduled for delivery that following Friday or Saturday. Any orders placed after 5 pm on will be scheduled for delivery the following week. Emails are sent out to verify the order, delivery instructions, and times.

Do you do custom orders for my business or weddings?

• Yes, we will work with you to provide custom chocolates, gift boxes, or labeling for your business event, wedding, or celebration. Please email info@jfchocolat.com
